Keener Billups

Keener joined Wiley Bros. – Aintree Capital, LLC in 1998.  He previously worked in the Public Finance Department of SunTrust Equitable Securities. Keener serves as the Firm’s Managing Director of the Municipal Bond Department and oversees Municipal Trading, Underwriting and Institutional Sales.  He is also very active in the Public Finance endeavors of the firm and has particular expertise in structuring of bond financing and/or refinancing of general obligation and essential service utility debt. Since joining Wiley Bros.-Aintree Capital, LLC, Keener has managed the underwriting, structuring, marketing and pricing, as sole manager of 108 issues representing over $1.2 Billion, and as lead- or co-manager of 880 issues representing over $31 Billion in par value. Keener is a Registered Municipal Advisor Representative with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).
